Role Summary:

The Operations Officer supports the HR operations management in China Reward and Operations team and ensures the daily operation of employee related programs and processes meet standards, including but not limited to the below areas:

Process owner for company supplementary benefits such as Enterprise Annuity, Social Insurance, ShareMatch plans, etc.
Support on other routine process such as New Hire, Relocation and Separation etc.
Internal clients communication: keep regular communication with business HR team to get timely feedback on team’s performance and expectations
Employees communications: handling inquiries from employees by email or hotline
Other related function communication: finance, legal, internal medical, etc.
Vendors management: contract renew and follow up
