Achievements

? Developed a feasibility study for the establishment of UMTS pricing strategy and benchmark within Nortel China through comprehensive Lacoste POLO Shirts
investigation of Chinese market, business potentials, R&D requirements, local market adaptation, trends of OEMs, industrialization and related technologies; ? Successfully planned and established UMTS pricing structure of UTRAN, Packet Core, Circuit Core, OA&M components and services in order to strategically position Nortel to gain entrance into 3G market and to secure sizable margins for expansions in future growth
? Identified, structured, established and prepared all bid supporting process (i.e. pricing table format, discount structure; WIN form template, Prov tools input requirement format), structures (i.e. bid response support responsibility matrix, bid response process flow) and the competitive pricing information and communicate with the relevant team; ? Present the network solutions to customer decision makers of key accounts(CNC, CTC, CMCC ) and coordinate internal team to efficiently response customer’s inquiry; ? Provided the optical network design that assures product/ system features offered meet specified requirements stipulated in the RFI/ RFQ/ Proposal;? Worked with sales, marketing and operation teams to deliver the network to fulfill contractual requirements;? Developed pricing strategies and recommendations into Brand Management and regional sales and marketing organizations for new and future products to optimise Nortel profitability and market shares within the customer base;? Hosted key customers/Executive delegations (such as China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, , China Netcom, etc.) in North America; built up the relationship with executives in order to expand Nortel footprint in China market;? Reviewed and built Wireless access business module based on different voice/ data applications and network architectures as per the input from customer’s RFI/ RFQ; ? Interfaced wth Brand Management, R&D and project team and provided consolidated input on customer product and operational requirements;? Provided competitor counter-positioning and internal sharing of competitive information to/ from other market segments;? Led the development and implementation of portfolio strategies including segmentation, targeting, differentiating Ralph Lauren Polo shirts
& positioning, target markets, target customers, value proposition;? Assisted regional project implementation with regional account team and met target schedule; worked with different departments and resolved technical and project issues during project implementation.
